The room and location are all great. But... The owner is just a money extortor. Initially, I specified whether it makes white cardboard or not. The answer was - we'll decide everything. I moved in, and he refused to make white cardboard, asked to live longer in this apartment. Although any owner must register their guest within 24 hours.
