Great house in the middle of the village of Debed with a few nice rooms, the atmosphere is very welcoming with a charming husky dog. The restaurant attached to the hotel is excellent, and guests from other hotels nearby go there to eat. The communal area is great for coworking, with a nice fireplace for rainy days.

Exceptional place, built truly in a zen retreat spirit. Every detail is carefully and thoroughly thought of; it really conveys how much love and consideration the owner and staff have put into making the place come alive in its unique way. Fantastically harmonious aesthetics, finger-licking delicious food, extremely helpful and friendly staff both at the co-living property and Pearle restaurant. Adorable doggos that make the place much better than it already is. First time visiting, and definitely coming back soon. Can say without a doubt that it's the best place I've visited so far in all of Armenia. Bravo to the team! <3

“A perfect place for workation and retreat”

If what you're looking for is a place to disconnect, be in the nature, talk to strangers, work, read a book, or anything that is close to your heart, this is the right place to be! I wouldn't call it a fancy hotel, which is not even the purpose of it, but a very cozy and modern big "country house" with attached restaurant (which has a top chef, by the way). The hosts were absolutely amazing and kind, and were treating you like an old friend from the start. This has been one of the few places that are certainly "must return in a few weeks".

It's totally my style of life - modern, comfortable living with all the benefits of the xxi century, but in the middle of a cosy quiet village surrounded by amazing nature. Love it and definitely come back.

The food was exceptional, especially the breakfast menu. I would even come back only just for food. Not mentioning about the nature and how the building itself is harmonic to it.

Debed Life CoLiving Retreat is a superb guest house. So grateful to Tatevik and her family for creating this little wonder in Lori. We wanted to see all the cathedrals and little towns and Tatevik organised a driver, who after 3 days driving together became our friend. The village itself is lovely, we enjoyed walking around, seeing how people live and their gardens, the river and the most beautiful nature around. We were even invited over for a coffee by some friendly locals. The room was stylish, with antique rugs and elegant decor, the bed was cosy. Oh and the food - delicious. Make sure to have dinner or lunch or both. Perfect for vegans too. Everyone who works there are so nice and sweet. I'm absolutely going to stay here again and highly recommend this place. Shat shat shnurakalyatsun!

The staff and hosts were incredibly friendly and welcoming, which added a personal touch to our weekend. Delicious kitchen!!! Overall, a fantastic stay with great accommodations and service. Perfect for relaxing stays. Highly recommend!
