Location was superb. 5 mins and you can walk along the water canals. The canal is lined with beautiful houses and serene nature. Inside the campus there is 1 small outdoor pool and a small inside. Nothing like Ceterparcs in Germany. That's the only thing to like. The stay was hell.

“I do not recommend it due to the extremely hostile and difficult administration of the center”

The center made our trip extremely difficult. At first, they didn't want to accept us because they found our group of 18 elderly women suspicious. Then, on the day of our arrival, while we were traveling there, they wrote that they would ask for a deposit of 1800 euros, but if we didn't arrive that day, we wouldn't be allowed in. This is an extremely unfair procedure. Only the kindness and intelligence of the administrator of the specific campsite saved the situation and made it possible for the group of Hungarian tourists, mostly women, to receive the keys. However, we have not received the deposit back since, despite our requests. This is 400+400+400+600, a total of 1800 euros. The refund of the deposit is conditional on the subsequent cancellation of our reservation. Since this is not possible, we were forced to cancel our August reservation for the Sail event. This is a big loss for us. However, we have not received the deposit back since. We arrived on April 24th, today is May 25th.

Its a very nice place to stay with friends and family.

550 euros stolen, we must buy another accommodation Booking.com offered accommodation for 5 people, the host only for 4. The option to pay extra for a two-year-old child was rejected. Screen shots from computer attached. Be carefull.
