Perfect location, just a short walk to the shopping streets & restaurants, yet far enough away to be quiet. Amazing service, excellent breakfast, looked newly renovated and the room and amenities were deluxe. We would highly recommend this hotel.

Location is perfect for visiting Ecomare and Dune park/Slufter, free parking behind the hotel. Staff was really sweet, breakfast and kitchen are perfect. Everything was perfectly clean. In bedroom there is water cooker, both with 2 bags of coffee, tea, sugar and milk, which is perfect for making evening tea in your room. Bathroom is also nice. You have everything you need in your room.

Very very very nice people, we felt very welcomed. This feels good. Nice atmosphere. Breakfast very good. Room is somehow small, but fine. Notice: the rooms facing the street are a bit noisy. Important: parking is included, which is pretty necessary. I would recommend a stay in this hotel and would come back. Price is o.k. (Town Centre / near the beach).

We saw this hotel on our last visit to Texel and thought it looked wonderful, so decided to stay in it on our next visit. We had a fantastic stay. The hotel is immaculate, both inside and outside. Joris is a superb host and looked after us very well. The breakfast was very good and available until 10am. The hotel was fully booked, so we occasionally couldn't get in to the car park, but it's only 20 euros for a week's parking pass for the whole island and there were spaces in the street outside the hotel when the car park was full. We are already planning to return to Het Gouden Boltje next year, as it exceeded our expectations in every regard.
