The staff that we never saw, accused us of smoking in the room and the host wasn't pleasant. After telling her we never smoked in the room, without evidence she threatened to kick us out.

“Heart's Haven provided everything I needed for my trip to De Aar.”
There was a comfortable bed with clean linen. The shower was good and hot. There were useful kitchen materials (cutlery, plates, etc) which made self catering easy. When there was a problem with another guest the owner immediately and effectively sorted out the problem - she was very attentive.
