Easy and smooth check-in, and a very friendly and professional staff. After my stay I realized I had left my jacket at the hotel, and the team kindly helped coordinate the shipment so I could arrange a courier pickup. Excellent customer service.

Breakfast ok. Floors in our room felt like they hadn’t been washed. Went to bed after a shower and feet dirty from floor. Wore shoes in our room as didn’t feel comfortable.
