Be careful with payments! If you pay with Visa in the restaurant or at the pool bar, the charge will be added to your room. We complained when checking out and were promised a Visa adjustment. This never happened, and we were scammed out of our money by paying twice. They don't respond to emails. Absolutely not customer-friendly! We'll never be back!

“Loved it , the vibe , the food and the facilities makes us always stay in a Hardrock Hotel”
We were lucky enough to get an upgrade to a suite which we were very grateful for, live music was good overall , the position of the hotel on the coast is amazing and what a beach Staff around the pool area were very good and attentive

“Iconic hotel and a nice ocean view”
Very beautiful lobby and of course all the famous Items on display. For example the car Madonna used at an Award Show. Valet Partking worked out perfectly and the guy was very professional. Amazing view of the ocean from our balcony. Gym was in a big room it didn't had a lot of machines but they were okay like that.

“Loved the hotel, comfortable, excellent service and location.”
The staff are amazing, so polite, accommodating, helpful and friendly. Our room (seaview) was amazing - beds very comfortable. The food and menu is excellent - lots of variety and very good quality. Everything in the hotel seems to work smoothly almost like clockwork. We were very happy with our stay overall.
