I like The Pool and the Location because is Next to the Beach.

this was our second stay and we were not disappointed -this property is directly on the beach with beautiful ocean view- only a few steps and you are on the beach itself- the staff is absolutely wonderful- monika the manager does a wonderful job and is available if you have any concerns- most rooms have ocean view with a kitchen and full stove to do your own cooking- this motel is older style but fairly quiet as not a resort so not the large crowds - never crowed at the pool area- would recommend if you are looking for a no frills quiet spot on daytona beach

There is an elevator and luggage carts, making it easier to settle in. We had a 4th floor room (top floor) so the view was great. We could see the sunrise from our bed. Beach access is easy...directly in front of the hotel. The pool area is well-kept and has loungers all around. The room included a microwave, stove and refrigerator, and a full-size coffee maker (bring filters/coffee) and the AC kept us cool. The kitchenette was equipped to handle simple meals including serving dishes. The facility is being maintained well for its age.

It's close to the beach thats the best thing about this hotel. The front office attendants were very helpful when needed.

On the beach, apartment was spacious, queen size bed was comfy and clean crisp sheets and towels, spotlessly cleaned

Beach front, very convenient location. The staff were all great - friendly and helpful.

Ocean view, pool and locación

The ceiling fell in, in the bathroom and I almost got hit. Thank goodness I managed to move quickly. I was moved to a better room but it was still very difficult

“Never again”

With the exception that the view from a sea view room is really good, there is nothing to recommend this place. On arrival there were dirty towels and almost no kitchen equipment. A lot is dirty and is probably never or only poorly cleaned. The barbecue is a cheek and not functional. We had cockroaches in the room twice. I thought the low price would be worth a few compromises but in this condition free is actually still too expensive.

Just being oceanfront on a clean room was pleasant. The motel appears to be renovating but staff was nice and were able to accommodate me when a situation arose during check in. I would stay again for a solo date again.
