“Unacceptable”

The hotel was empty, we were the only guests that night and they decided to give us a room facing the constuction site below the window. We were woken up 7am by diggers and construction equipment operating right beneath the window. We booked a Superior King room but got a regular room instead. The shower head was broken in the room so you had to hold it with one hand otherwise there was no water coming out. The staff was unfriendly and unhelpful - none of the issues were addressed. The wifi did not work which was a MUST HAVE because we did not have Swiss mobile internet. The breakfast buffee had 1 slice of bacon and 1 egg available, no fresh ingredients. Just a few cups of yoghurt and few slices of bread. The hotel manager did not care to even apologize.

Very limited storage in room considering it's a key ski hotel and ski clothes take up a lot of space. Not enough lighting to be able to see in side wardrobe

Friendly and helpful staff, accommodating to skiers with a separate ski room, clean and bright. Most of all, the room was excellent, very comfortable.

Location. Central, approximately 4 minutes walk from Parsennbahn. However, take precaution on the sidewalk in winter, it might be icy.

“Nice Hotel”

Fantastic location near Parsenn. The room, recently renovated, was simple yet bright and comfortable. The swimming pool was very pleasant. The restaurant offers good dishes, and the staff is exceptionally kind and attentive. Breakfast was also very enjoyable.

Breakfast was great. They were super responsive to requests. Welcome by staff was properly good. Ski storage solid. Sauna area (across the street via underground tunnel) along with pool were very nice.

Great hotel with warm welcome from staff, swift and easy check in with fantastic room and amenities. Swimming pool and spa area a good size and perfect for a few length and then relaxing. Ample Car parking within in hotel area. Good breakfast options and good quality food.

Location, cleanliness, facilities, food, staff staff and once again staff, they were amazing! Katrina, Zuzanna and Paulina deserve a recognition. They were amazing and made our stay memorable.
