Clean modern hotel, very good location. Beds are comfortable. Fridge and desk provided, big bathroom, good WiFi and cold AC. There's also a nice little coworking area on the first floor and a few common spaces.

The staff was accommodating and friendly. I had a specific need which required assistance. I just called the front desk requested assistance and they made sure that my request was satisfied. The service was exceptional. They have an onsite resturant which is really convenient . The menu had a great variety to choose from, I enjoyed the meals I chose, I also enjoyed having a balcony to be able to get fresh air and to people watch.

The parking attendant showed us our parking space and waved us in. We both thought we were getting really close to the other car, but the attendant was standing close and watching and showing us in and we relied on him to tell us to stop if we got too close. He said nothing as we inched in slowly and bumped into another car. This resulted in police coming, an accident report, and a huge hassle and cost for a small scratch to the other car. The hotel gave us the video of the parking attendant staring blankly as we bumped into the other car. This accident would never have happened if the parking attendant had either 1) done his job and guided us into our spot or 2) let us find a spot on our own where we would have parked carefully. Horrible experience that ended up costing a lot and derailing our day.

Only stayed one night but this hotel was perfect for that & right next to the bus station. Great water pressure & warm water

The air conditioner was so noisy we could not turn it on when in the room so 85 degree temps with high humidity made for a poor night's sleep. Furthermore the TV did not work well if at all. It may have been okay for panamanians since they may not be used to good TV reception.

Location is good. Bed is comfy in side the big room. Secure parking.

Room was very clean and staff was very courteous and attentive. Restaurant met and exceeded all of my expectations and the food and service was great. Keep in mind that this hotel is in downtown David, so expect downtown David with all the hustle and bustle that comes with a city area, so with that said, I rate my stay here as excellent.

Basic room very close to the bus station. We walked to our very early morning bus to learn that it was cancelled and easily walked back and back to sleep! Rooms were clean and comfortable.

I feel comfortable in this hotel, It is within walking distance from the bus station, friendly staff, there is a working area with excellent Wi-Fi, a quiet office, a printer and a computer. This is a very comfortable hotel!
