“Pay the extra $20-$40 and stay elsewhere.”
Awful experience. The room card didn’t work twice i although it was recut twice. The room smelt like a homeless person had been sleeping in it and the bed sheets were stained. I asked to see another room but was told they are at fall occupancy so that was the only room left. Me and my girlfriend had a dinner reservation so I suggested that housekeeping could go into the room, clean it and change the stained bedding. However, the receptionist informed me that housekeeping had left for the day but they could provide me with fresh sheets to fit myself. After a full day of travel I couldn’t believe it and decided to find another hotel. After speaking with the manager I am still waiting for refund. Let me point out I knew this would not be a 5 star hotel for the price offered however I didn’t expect the room to smell and sleep in dirty/ stained bed sheets.
