I stayed for three nights but the room was not cleaned on all three days. Once even the receptionist confirmed that the room will be cleaned but it was not done. Also, my booking included breakfast but on all three days the breakfast was not even available.

“My experience at this hotel was terrible.”
I didn't like it at all, small cockroaches in the room and large cockroaches walking in the hallway, dirty walls in the room, the toilet seat very old. The truth is that this hotel needs URGENT renovation.

I was awoke to bugs crawling on me and when I lifted the sheets I have never felt so sick in my life. there was blood urine and poo Staines covering the mattress. I slept in my car and checked out asap

Unable to get breakfast as the staff did not make enough and what I was told breakfast consists of was not available.

“Very sad situation.”
The computers were not working. I waited for 30 minutes for a response from the receptionist without any apologies or care that I was waiting. Was told I was to pay $25.00 for early checkin. Rooms were warn out and dirty . Only nice staff I experienced Was serving breakfast. Very kind and courteous. Sad situation because the Hotel had such great potential. The pool Was nice but there was someone playing rap music with speakers and smoking dope with his buddies. Not a tourist friendly situation. Staff need welcome training and instruction on what is expected by Ramada as a receptionist.
