“Fantastic holiday, probably best holiday we`ve had and staying at this villa made that possible.”

Stayed for 14 nights for visiting the Disney Parks. To start with, great communication with the owners, we were a bit anxious with this being our first villa rental, but the owners answered our (sometimes strange) questions succinctly and quickly. Great location, great villa, gated community, quiet area, and had everything we needed for a two week stay (although we didn`t cook in the villa, everything was provided i.e. saucepans, cutlery, kettle, coffee maker, toaster, too much to mention, TV`s in main room and bedrooms, with a giant TV in the separate cinema room. About 20-25 minutes to WDW. Only the two of us so we used the upstairs Master bedroom and the bed was extremely comfortable (better than our own bed at home). Pool was good and didn`t need any pool heat (we were there for the last 2 weeks in September). It`s not perfect but then neither is our own home but would those imperfections prevent us from giving 10/10, no they wouldn`t. This was our first experience of a villa holiday in Florida. Would we stay there again?, yes in a heartbeat.

Nothing, absoluetly nothing, we did not like anything to start with: Pool was extreemly dirty, was not clean, aunts and insects are everywhere, discusting kitchen tools( pots and pans so damaged and dirty) cockroach everywhere and many other insects moving around in big sizes inside the house we had to remove some which were as big as a hand finger. Our kids were so terrified Cuz of the amount of insects inside of the house, they could not sleep in peace at night, the air conditionner filter was so dirty that my husband had a bad allergic reaction after our stay, doctor assured to us that it was due to the air conditionner dirty filters, before we booked this villa on booking, were many pictures of a play room with many toys, the playing room that was promised on the pictures disappeared all of a sudden without any explanation or a side note. Of course dirty carpets, rugs stinks without forgetting dust everywhere, the House needs total renovation, it would be good that you put new pictures about the kitchen damaged and dirty pans and also new pictures about the dirty pool and Sofas as well as the insects… that people can see really what are they booking.
