“NO BREAKFAST ON-SITE”
No breakfast available until 7AM. The property should be mindful of their guests needs. The coffee facility was not working on the 1st day and only replaced on the 2nd day (should have been immediate). The staff should have alerted the independent cafe on site of the unusually large number of requests for early breakfast and made changes to opening time. the cafe lost quite a number of clients (over 50 - 60 guests) for 3 days straight who could have taken their early breakfast there instead of seeking other alternatives. In addition, the A/C unit in our room (307) was quite noisy (vibrating) all night. Better insulation support on the unit to prevent noise vibrating through the wall.

Nice clean room. The heater works perfectly and there are a lot of spaces and drawers/closets for us to place our things even if the room is quite small. The towels smell good. The bed and pillows are soft and comfy. The bathroom's clean as well. A great value for your money. Will definitely stay here again.
