I enjoyed my stay. It was more like staying at a home, not a Hotel. And the view was great to watch sunrise & sunsets. Also, I experienced my first earthquake, I was on 16th floor, the building shook like shit on a string. All held together.

We had a fantastic experience at Patrick’s Place. The property is very spacious—perfect for a group of four—and spotlessly clean. The check-in process was smooth and hassle-free, which made our arrival stress-free. One of the highlights was the comfort level: the unit has three air conditioning units, keeping the whole space cool and comfortable throughout our stay. The location is also excellent, with banks, malls, and street markets just a short walk away. It’s super convenient and made exploring the area easy.

Clean, organize and spacious for 2 BR. Internet was great. Kitchen is almost complete from utensils to equipmemt which my Mother in law enjoys the most. To summarize it all, if I am going back to Davao I will definitely book again in Patricks Place.

It really felt like home. • Everything we needed was there: kitchen stuff, drinking water, slippers, and even Netflix. • The aircon kept all the bedrooms and living roon cool, and both bathrooms had nice hot showers. • There's a view of the pool and we can also see the sea in the distance. • Location was super convenient. It's just a short walk to the night market and lots of food spots, but still peaceful and safe. • There’s parking too, just for a small fee. • The host was very kind and accommodating. • All in all, a great stay and definitely worth the price!

The place is very clean and within the center of the city where everything is just a walk a way.The view is superb as it is facing the sea aside from an accommodating owner which makes it home away from home. Wonderful place to stay and will definitely endorse it to friends.

It's better if you will already add drinking water in the fridge. Suggest a better towel it's so hard or use downy.

The location is fantastic—right in the heart of the city, with easy access to tourist attractions, the night market, restaurants, convenience stores, and transportation options. It made exploring Davao incredibly convenient! The room itself was clean and well-maintained, with enough space for a family of four to stay comfortably. I especially appreciated the thoughtful amenities, including sufficient drinking water and a well-equipped space. The building amenities were also a highlight—the pool and gym were well-kept and a great addition to the experience.

We were meet in the foyer by a very lovely lady , who took us up to the apartment showed absolutely everything we needed to know , and I must say even though I forgot her name ( as soon as she told me ) she is a definite asset to Patrick and deserves a pay rise and an extra weeks holiday . Our family loved the place although the pool was under maintenance that is no new fault we would stay at Patrick’s Place again in a heartbeat . The communication was second to none I very rarely give a 10 but Patrick’s Place is worth it I only took the one point off because of the pool ( the kids drove us crazy ) , but like I said before it was in no way Patrick’s fault things need to be maintained so it was very understandable ( except for the kids ) Thank you all so much for your hospitality friendliness and availability. You have a lovely manager and a beautiful family it was our pleasure to stay

We loved the location(few minutes walk to the Roxas Night Market), spacious unit(we are a family of 5 adults), easy check-in/check-out and the biggest surprise was the sunrise view from the window overlooking Samal. Also grateful for the responsive and helpful host.

Within the heart of the city. Place is well looked after.

The condo is spacious. The owner was very easy to deal with and accommodating. When you have questions, the owner will reply back promptly. The caretaker Adel was very welcoming when she met us at the lobby. The views of the sea, Samal Island, and the sunrise and sunset are breathtaking from the suite.
