We had an absolutely wonderful stay at this hotel. Everything exceeded our expectations — from the luxurious atmosphere to the exceptional service. The staff were incredibly friendly, professional, and always accommodating, making our stay feel truly special and memorable. A special mention to the breakfast experience, which was simply sublime — high-quality, delicious, and beautifully presented. Every detail was taken care of with care and attention. Our stay at Dusit Thani was complimentary. Although we had to wait around 30 minutes for our room to be ready, they provided a complimentary lounge area where we could stay. They also offered food and drinks, and the staff were very friendly and helpful. Overall

This is a beautiful hotel Bedroom and bathroom were excellent. There was a lot of choice for breakfast. The staff were were extremely pleasant and helpful. I enjoyed my stay here

The pool is cold; we can't enjoy it, especially the kids. I hope the water is warm like at the Lubi Plantation. Also, my kid got a cut on his toe in the pool, maybe because of the sharp edges.

“When taking a shower the water wouldn’t drain. The bathroom was flooded. They fixed it but didn’t clean the bathroom aft”

The room was offering enough space and contained everything needed. The pool is big and was not crowded altought the hotel was booked out. It offers enough shadow places.
