The host Ms. Sha is very accommodating, she always checked on us and give us detailed instructions through WhatsApp. The room is clean neat, very cozy,with included toiletries and complete appliances. My kids also enjoyed swimming in the pool.

“Handy location apartment.”
Good location, handy to central locations. Great swimming pool. Put us in touch with a driver for one day. Check in was easy. Was good to have cooking and laundry facilities.

Host's respond fast. Location very good. Nearby to shops yet still private. Unit is clean complete with essential facilities - washing machine, kitchen and bathroom stuffs, drinking water, etc. Safe and secure with guards on duty 24/7 Clean and spacious swimming pool 10/10

It was beyond expectation. From the caretaker to the owner. Ms. Sha was very attentive to our needs, whenever you have inquiries or request she will response in a minute. Caretaker Dhada was one call away. Take advantage of the downtown location to walk to dinner. Bed was comfortable. Cleanliness - ✅ Comfortability - ✅ Accessiblity - ✅ Responsiveness-✅ If you want a stress free stay, this is definitely a good choice.

“It’s a pleasant stay & it’s worth your money.”
The aircon is cold, the owner is very friendly & polite, the place is not that small as I expected. It has complete essentials. I was even surprised that it has a Downy, Blowdry & etc… It also has a usable washing machine. The location is also good.

“Highly recommended for Family stay”
The place is near Davao City Hall and other government offices, grocery, convenient store and pharmacy. There is so many things to like about this place but the higlights for me would be 1. Bed (very comfortable); 2. Spacious area - can fit 4 persons 3. Kitchen ameneties - you can cook and store foods in the refrigerator 4. Owner - very very responsive to queries Overall, I like it here and would definitely stay here again if I go back to Davao.
