“I will certainly highly consider staying here in Davao again.”
Really liked the layout and the use of glass and mirrors. Having a balcony and a place to smoke ( I had my own ash tray ) was a massive plus and there was a great ambiance from the views over the poolside and adjacent buildings. The bedroom separated behind glass sliding doors was a welcome unique feature . The kitchen and equipment plus breakfast bar with seats was so nice .

Very clean apartment, very helpful, security officers very helpful and professional A/C works very well, swimming pool great open 6 am to 9 pm, remember to sign in SM shopping mall next door, very handy

The apartment was very well equipped with kitchen utensils and other things, including the wasking machine. The wifi was good.

- Central location close to the shopping center - Air con, fridge, TV, kitchen was stocked with plates and cutlery and cooking utensils - It was nice to come back to the apartment after doing full day of activities

“Lovely safe stay, well secured as the gate is always with guards and always checking whose coming in”
The truste of the owner was very accomodating, esp my last minute request, easy to reach Thank you very much Christine. We had a superb time, didnt have the chance to dip in the pool , will book with you again in the future visits. So handy the location, just 5 mins to SM, which my kids are loving it.

The bords sweet home in ecolan city little bit far from davao downtown & Airport & the place so clean totally quiet & fully safe by security guards so near to sm mall with only view steps 🚶♀️ & I huge thanks full to Christine for her lovely hosting to us & for sore it's apartment, not condo

“Misrepresentation of facilities should be a crime if it is not already so.”
The size of the property was misrepresented. It was advertised as 38 sq m but was much smaller, maybe 23 sq m. It was so over furnished that there was no room to move and I kept knocking my shins and tripping over and getting bruises.
