The water system was under maintenance hence there was no water supply when we arrived. When the water came in, it was brown in color. We had to wait for a long time for it to clear up. And when I was showering my baby, the supply went out and I had to put her in the sink to wash off the soap residue.

Nice and simple place! The Studio apartment with small kitchen was perfect for us with two small kids. Location very close to SM Lanang. We had a great stay!

“Clean and simpel !”
Big rooms, clean and friendly staff. Family of 4 with two kids and we booked an extra bed. We come back when we will visit our Family in Davao again :) We only used room for sleep since we got a lot of activities.
