We are absolutely thrilled with our stay at this hotel! Everything about it was perfect – the cleanliness, the coziness, and the beauty of the place. The atmosphere was so warm and welcoming, and the food was absolutely delicious. We felt truly cared for, and our kids had an amazing time. The hotel was so comfortable for them, and it was hard to say goodbye. The staff deserves special praise – they were simply golden! They knew all of us by name and even remembered our food preferences. The menu was fantastic, offering something for everyone. One unforgettable moment was when our child had a birthday – they surprised us with a delightful homemade cake, even though we hadn’t requested it. Their thoughtfulness truly touched us, and they made the day so special with their kind congratulations. We also enjoyed amazing activities, including diving in the sea. The coral reef was like something out of a fairytale – absolutely stunning! We even saw turtles. On the boat, they served a delicious buffet, which made the trip even more enjoyable. From the breakfasts to every other detail, this hotel exceeded all our expectations. We’re already dreaming of coming back! Highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a magical and heartfelt vacation experience.

“Fantastic and quiet dive resort with excellent service”

Fantastic dive resort with excellent staff. The service was top-notch from pickup throughout our stay. The in-house dive center offers up to 5 dives a day around the area with great dive masters. The location is clean, quiet, very well maintained and has a lush garden and nice swimming pool. The food is excellent, homemade and has different options. Breakfast is great.

“Excellent, fully catered experience diving and lodging which was worth the extra spend”

Here's the thing. You get what you pay for, especially in Dauin since it is so dive-centric (= tourists with a slightly higher budget to spend). We visited and stayed at a few other resorts and Atlantis was most to our liking. The resort is beautifully laid out with an amazing tropical garden and the various accoms spread throughout still retaining enough privacy. Asked or a hammock for our porch and got it straight away. Welcomed with fruit, drinks and a little massage. It's funny, but it does work. Now I thought the food menu wasn't overpriced compared to the surrounding offerings. Think a very good burger w handcut fries for around 500 pesos, otherwise a good and varied menu. Breakfast was included and huge. This place is american owned and run and the breakfast gives it away haha. Now the real quality lies in the way their dive shop is operated. It is a seemless affair of 5 dives going out per day, and you can join whenever you want. There are small motorboats next to the larger outriggers which gives max. flexibility. The dive guides were excellent and know the sites very well. So you ask for some small macro stuff and you *will* see it if you dive with these guys for one or two days. Sea horses, flamboyant cuttlefish etc. just the first dive which had my mind blown. 5 dives per day will set you back 7.500 pesos, which works out to a good deal per dive. Very personable and *fun* divemasters that still seem to get a kick out of finding the weird stuff that crawls and swims around Dauin.

The Atlantis is perfect for a diving holiday. The equipment is perfect and the staff professional and very attentive. The restaurant is pleasant and the food excellent. The daily maintenance of the rooms is perfect. The garden is beautiful.
