The hotel is right in the city centre, which makes it very convenient. The accommodation was exactly as described and in line with its star rating. For the price, it offers good value for money. Overall, everything met my expectations.

I would like to express my disappointment regarding the room we received upon arrival. Our reservation clearly stated a room with one large bed and a sofa, but instead we were given a room with three small separate beds. Unfortunately, this room does not match our booking or expectations. We also experienced difficulties communicating with the staff, as most employees do not speak English, except for the reception staff. This made it quite difficult to get information and assistance during our stay. I hope this situation will be taken into consideration and that more attention will be paid in the future to ensuring that guests receive the room they booked, as well as improving communication with international guests.

“Well kept, top location.”
We had the largest room on the top floor (triple the price of the regular room). Very comfortable for the whole family. Minibar included. Top location.

Location of the property is great, breakfast was quite ok with wide range of options. Stunning view form the 10th floor restaurant. Best possible stay in Daugavpils, though very limited options.

Great breakfast for €10 (early 2026) : porridge , eggs, cottage cheese rounds and cheesecake bars Karums, coffee, tea and juices, pork sausages and baked goods, cheese , salami, rye bread Polite staff and manned reception, laundry service available for extra charge. Amazing location, city centre, by theatre, stations and shopping centres. Bed was fine. +Bathroom had a hairdryer
