“Great Place To Stay In Datça”

The apart location was central, parking was never a problem. It was only 6-7 minutes walking distance to arrive to the beach to swim. The apartment was fully furnished and the household items such as toilet paper, soap, shampoo were already located in the apartment. Thanks to the washing machine and laundry machine, we had no problem about cleaning the dishes or our clothes.

Murat and his mom are very nice people and excellent hosts. Apartment is equipped with everything you need. There are several small and one large store nearby. It takes about 7 minutes to walk to the sea. Thanks for everything. Çok Teşekkürler.

Everything was very professional arrange by the owner, he start care about our easy arrival the day before and accompanied our vacation advices and very useful information about the peninsula. The apartment was very cosy and we found their everything we need. We felt we are at home. Thanks a lot for Murat!

The appartment was very cosy and clean. It had everything we needed in kitchen. The host (Murat) was extremely friendly and helpful - quickly solved any problems during our stay, also quickly checked us in despite our extremely late arrival.

In my opinion, this is how a sea holiday should be like. Family business, local owner, that lives in same building. And he is always here to help, not to watch you, ha-ha. Many great things were discovered thanks to the recommendations. The owner speaks English fluently, and it is a rare find in Turkey, if you know what I mean _) The apartment itself represents very practical and stylish mediterranean accommodation with a lot of space and almost every kitchen gadget you may need. We lived in a sea view apartment in October. BTW Datcha is a great place to stay, so If you are looking for a place in Turkey that is not quite like Turkey, than this is it (well, in most ways)). Quiet sea promenade, low-stored greece-style buildings, no crowds, no all-inclusive hotels, big weekend markets, tasty food, great beaches and sights. Locals are very welcome and are well acquainted with european manners. And also, I'm Russian that escaped from the war, and first, I didn't want to have holiday at all, but the place is so great, that I had no choice left. I was carried away by the atmosphere. Very spacious apartments. Would like to stay again. Can strongly recommend for families and people who need a lot of space. Good kitchen, friendly host. Big balcony. Furniture is fresh enough.

The appartment was beautiful and very well equipped, from dishwasher to washing machine, from drinking water canister to big refrigerator. More then that, the owner Murat is extremely friendly and helpful. I even did an really nice bicycle trip together with him (very recommended!). It's a little walking distance from the beach and the center, on the other hand you find supermarkets, bike shop for rental and the bus stations quite close. I strongly recommend this place and when coming back Datça, this will be where to stay again!!!

We have stayed 12 wonderful days in the apt 1 on the top floor. The moment you enter you feel like home away from home. The apartment is very spacious and cozy with everything you need for comfortable stress free stay. Partial sea view was unexpected bonus as well. Location is convenient - 8 min walk to the closest beach and to the center with all the cafes. Supermarket is next door. It can be a bit noisy from the road but wasn’t a problem for us and our kid ar all. Murat is a great host. He greeted us and explained everything about Datça and surrounding area. Very helpful tips and recommendations. Murat was always there for any question, thank you so much for hospitality! We will be back!
