“A dassia hidden gem”

Fabulous property tucked into the side of a hill overlooking Dassia! The staff were wonderful, very helpful and friendly! Our daughter loved the pool and the facilities were perfect for our short stay! It would suit a large family gathering!

Fantastic apartment with amazing view. Clean, spacious with nice design, comfortable kitchen and bathroom. Nice swimming pool area and convenient parking. Bottle of water and wine as a welcome gift.

The apartment was spacious. The owner was always at the end of the telephone if needed. The cleaning staff very friendly and helpful. The swimming pool was adequate and always clean.

The view from the property is beautiful. The room was incredibly clean and the bed comfortable. There is a mini fridge and a stove if you want to cook. All the rooms have a balcony with a view on the sea. The pool was also very clean and pleasant. The location is on a hill but just a short 5-7 minutes walk from good restaurants, convenient stores, a pharmacy and the beach entrance. I would stay there again if I go back to Dassia.

Our stay truly felt like a dream. Every morning was a pleasure—waking up, enjoying breakfast, and sipping coffee on the balcony with a breathtaking view. The backyard and pool were a huge bonus for the days when we wanted to relax close to home while still soaking up the sun and enjoying the water. My girlfriend and I felt completely at home. The kitchen is fully equipped, making it easy to prepare meals, and in the evenings, we could unwind with a Netflix movie. Cleanliness was impeccable—the housekeeping staff regularly changed our sheets, took out the trash, and provided fresh towels. Alex, our host, was always just a WhatsApp message away and responded quickly to anything we needed. We will definitely return—everything was simply perfect. And also, we made a lizard friend, he entered in our room😂 don't be afraid if one of them visits you, they are cute and inoffensive. ❤️🤍 Thank you for everything!

“We had an wonderful and relaxing stay”

Very clean, quiet place, beautiful pool and garden, magnificent view, you can see the sunrise from the bed or from the terrace. The kitchen is well equipped (coffee maker, microwave, toaster, etc), the bed linen and the towels are changing every 3 days. The villa is on the hill, but close to all amenities - 500 m from the main road, where you can find supermarkets, coffee shops, restaurants, bakery, car rental office, laundry services, bus station, etc. Distance from the beach is about 15 minutes walking. Parking place for 4-5 cars in front of the villa.

“Quiet little place”

The property was well located and close to the beach, restaurants and markets. It is very quiet. We met the owner a couple of times and she was lovely.

The views from our balcony were beautiful and the location was great.

Good experience. I really liked that there is an outdoor pool, there are sunbeds, there is a beautiful view, because the apartments are on a mountain. Really not a bad choice for this price.

Nice apartment with great view, big rooms. We didn’t use the swimming pool but it looked great.

- Great view from the balcony - The apartment is very clean and well equipped - Free private parking in front of the location - The owner (Alex) was very friendly and helpful. We were welcomed with a bottle of water and a bottle of house wine. During our stay (5 nights) he made sure that we didn't miss anything. We wanted to extend our stay by 2 more nights, but the apartment was no longer available, instead Alex helped us with accommodation in another location (EcsatSea Apartament - 2025 new renovated apartment) which was just a few km away (Ipsos Beach). Thank you once again and we hope to see you again!

The location was excellent, close to everything we needed. The apartment was nicely decorated and the host was kind and responsive. We especially appreciated the pool – it was clean and well-maintained throughout our stay. The view was absolutely fantastic and made our stay even more enjoyable.

Very clean, comfortable apartment, good contact with the owner, they were responsive in general and always trying to make everything as well working as possible. the lady who was keeping the whole building and apartments tidy was always helpful too. there was some coffee, wine, crackers already in the apartment. Great view on the 1st floor. The pool was nice. Beware of some snakes sometimes popping out from the bushes if it's sizzling hot. Beautiful garden around the property.
