“Peaceful and relaxing”

The property location was perfect for a relaxing holiday. The apartment had all amenities to eat in and chill outside with a nice pool a few steps from the door. Peaceful area located within a short walk from the lovely Malibu beach and restaurants. They run a lovely barbecue on a Saturday evening. The bus stop is right outside for transport to/from Corfu town. The host is really friendly, helpful and had a nice welcoming basket in the kitchen on our arrival.

Really liked the pool & bar area that was open! Lovely owners. Outdoor balcony was great for relaxing as well! Lovely little area which is easy to shops and close to get a bus into town.

Marina was there to meet us on arrival and was very friendly and attentive from the minute we booked the property. If we ever had an issue or question, we had her number to message and she was very quick to response and always helpful. We loved the pool bar and the lovely women who ran it, she was super friendly and introduced us to Kumquat spritz, which we loved! It was a short walk to Dassia beach and along the main road were some lovely restaurants and lots of small supermarkets. The apartment was exactly like in the photos and everything was extremely clean upon arrival.

Close to the Kerkira city, but from other side faraway from the whole noise from old city. location is perfect for visiting all of the top 10 beaches in Corfu. Accommodation and staff are very friendly. Place is very comfortable, clean.

I loved the fact the apartments were light and fresh and clean…the hosts have thought of everything including leaving wine and crackers and cakes! (Thank you!) the pool was lovely and it has a bar area where you can drinks and food. The hosts are so warm and welcoming, just lovely!

Wow wow wow! The best apartment with the best people. 10 out of 10!!! The apartment was amazing, clean and very modern. Everyone we met including the owners were so friendly. Went above and beyond what we expected. The services and bar were better than expected and facilities were fantastic. We had the best holiday ever and it’s thanks to the amazing people of the apartment and bar. Made us feel very welcome and always on hand should we need anything. Honestly cannot rate this apartment any higher. No bad points, all amazing services. We will definitely be returning. A great find and in a lovely location. The bar near the pool was fantastic, lovey food and drinks and very reasonably priced. Thank you to everyone for making our holiday so amazing!

We stayed in Averto Corfu Apartments in May 2023 and it was an absolute gem. We were looking for a place where we could take it easy, cook some meals ourselves but also be close to restaurants etc. The apartment is located right next to a bus stop so it's a really easy commute from the Airport. In addition to that it's very close to the Dasia main beach but there's a smaller, more private beach (without amenities) nearby. The premises also has a parking lot so if you rent a car it's very comfortable to park there. They also have a pool area with a bar where you can get drinks and snacks - again, a very comfortable choice if you don't feel like going out but also don't want to stay in the whole night. However, what we loved most about our stay was Marina and her family! Our daughter fell sick during our holiday and Marina and her family were super attentive and helpful - they suggested a doctor to see and shared tons of information. Every day when we saw them they asked about our daughter and if they could do anything to help. It was really heartwarming to see that kind of caring especially when you're worried about your child. Thank you so much Marina and your family for making us feel welcomed and taking care of us!

We are very grateful to the owner Marina, her husband and the rest of the team! Your hospitality matters a lot, and we had wonderful vacations. This is a small and very cosy family-like hotel where everything is made with love and respect to guests. We loved our big and clean apartment, we enjoyed our evenings on the terrace, we used a pool few times - it's clean and the water is quite warm in the end of May. Also, a small cocktail bar is cosy too, we took cocktails few times (it were tasty) and enjoyed the company of a nice woman who works in the bar and her little extremely sweet daughter who helps the mother ) I especially want to thank Marina. She is a very nice woman. Moreover, thanks for your welcome snacks, and fruits, and drinks. We arrived late at night and it was so cool. Also, I need to say few words about Dassia. That was the right choice. If you prefer to enjoy the nature, you definitely will like Dassia. At the end of May there are very few people here. We used blue and green buses and we tried different beaches (Dassia beach, Gouvia beach, Dafnilla, Paleokastritsa etc), but our favourite was a small wild beach which is actually the closest to Averto Corfu apartments. The sea is so clean and blue here, the beach is surrounded by groves (eucalyptus smell so good), there's a tiny church of Saint Nicolaus at the beach (!), but it is mostly closed. And the road from Averto Corfu apartments to this beach is very nice (appr. 7-10 minutes walk). Thank you, we had wonderful holidays!

“Amazing place to stay”

The owner was the loveliest and most helpful of all hosts of all our trips! We've got a welcome wine and snacks, also lots of tips about Corfu. There was a pool, free parking at the spot. Nearby we found a car rental, a supermarket and great restaurants.

Everything was perfect. Super clean and comfortable. Easy to reach every part of the island.
