Overview
Featuring an outdoor swimming pool amongst tropical gardens, Paravista Motel is a 10-minute walk from Parap Village Saturday Markets. Each room includes air conditioning, satellite TV and free Wi-Fi. All rooms at Paravista Motel have a private balcony, en suite bathroom, refrigerator and tea/coffee making facilities. Guests have access to shared kitchen and laundry facilities and a gas BBQ. There is a safety deposit box at reception and ironing facilities can be borrowed from the front desk. Continental breakfast packs are available from reception. It is a 5-minute walk to a variety of restaurants, cafes and take-away shops. Darwin International Airport is a 15-minute drive away.

The service was friendly, efficient and very helpful. Prior to arriving at the Paravista Motel we hit a kangaroo and damaged our car. The management allowed us to park our damaged car in their yard beyond our stay, until our insurance company allocated our job to the repairer. We were very greatful and appreciated the kindness shown to us by the staff of Paravista Motel.

We had a great experience staying at Paravista Motel. We ended up staying for over two weeks while searching for an apartment, the staff were incredibly friendly, accommodating, and understanding throughout our stay. They kindly allowed us to remain in the same room the entire time and were very flexible whenever we needed to extend our booking, which made a very stressful period much easier. Their kindness and willingness to help were genuinely appreciated. The room was clean and comfortable, and the location was convenient , 7 min drive to the city . Having access to the washing machines and a communal kitchen upstairs was also a great bonus and very handy during a longer stay.

“Good central location for a reasonable price with open air car parking”
We just wanted somewhere not to expensive for a one night stay when were came back from Bali before having to drive 9 hours home the next day but our car it quite tall so needed open air car parking. They provided this and the room was very comfy (although a little noisey) walking distance to the shops and to Darwin Trailer Boat Club (which we love) Would definitely stay again.

Rooms were clean , comfortable and spacious. Plenty of room for our 4 large suitcases. Fresh Towels and soaps ect. provided , staff were friendly and helpful.

The beautiful receptionist was absolutely wonderful. The old caretaker or owner shouldn't be around what a pompous old grumpy fart. Beautiful pool. No elevator so plenty of stairs. Great location close to CBD food and plenty to do.
