“Desk staff on entry were excellent, but the food ordering was not good with rude staff.”
The ability to park my car inside and close to our room which was included in the room booking. The room was easy to access and very comfortable with a good bit of space to move around in. The staff member who checked us in was very polite and extremely efficient so we would like to acknowledge her role in making our entry to the property most inviting.

The staff, mainly Tyrell, went out if his way to make sure my stay was as pleasant as possible. Nothing was a problem, from me locking myself out if my room, to dropping my room key just before checking out. He helped out with a smile and just made me feel relaxed.

As it was my husband’s 50th the amazing staff upgraded our room and created the most amazing towel cake as a surprise! The room was awesome, the pool amazing and the food was excellent. Thank you so much for having us!

It was beautiful and peaceful, with an amazing view of the native bushland from our balcony. It was lovely sitting out there listening to the birds. It was roomy with great beds, fantastic facilities. Staff were wonderful and helpful,
