We look forward to welcoming you soon! The Lagoon pool is under renovation until April 30, 2024 an alternative swimming pool is available. In house guest are entitle for $40 tour attractions credit. Misrepresentation by Bookings.com. We specifically requested a full kitchen to be able to cook our own food. My partner rang and discussed this as it was very important. We arrived and there was no key available. We were then given a key to another room on the 17th floor. The 17th floor was dirty and there were people wandering around with Dept of Justice anklets around their ankles. One person was escorting a very 'unique' young woman off the floor. The room provided was already inhabited. So we were shafted elsewhere. The 'kitchen' was a tiny microwave, no toaster and even smaller fridge. We had to use the bathroom sink to wash our cups. This holiday has cost us far more than intended, as we were required to buy 3 meals a day. Very unhappy.
