“Good, clean and accommodating”
The staff were friendly and accommodating. I shortened the stay and the staff successfully worked to get me a refund even though I had paid a non refundable fee. The location was good and the room was large and clean.

“Adequate but overpriced by comparison”
The hotel was in an excellent location in the heart of Darwin. The room was clean and staff were very accommodating. My room was on the ground floor right near reception so I was expecting it to be noisy - in fact, it was incredibly quiet. The room was small and had no natural light. It was about 3m away from the office block next door and ground level so the windows had some type of privacy laminate which also stopped the light, any opportunity to see the outside world and there was no fresh air so it was a bit like staying in a cellar . I stayed 5 nights and the room wasn’t cleaned the first two nights. I was told they didn’t offer a cleaning service in the weekend. I explicitly asked for it to be cleaned and fresh towels for the Monday and it happened. Although the room was clean and perfectly adequate, it wasn’t anything like the beautiful rooms shown in the photos. Overall, I was happy but it didn’t represent value for money compared to other hotels.
