That the Big 4 is cashless, they charge a surcharge when you use your card and you don't have a choice in how you pay when you arrive.

“Great stay with young kids to enjoy the facilities. Would recommend.”
Our cabin was close to the pool and jumping pillow which was great for the kids. Location was close to town and easy to navigate. There were many others staying at the park but all very respectful. Staff were very friendly and helpful.

The place is awesome for kids. You would stay just for the water park/ bounce pillow and pool if you were in a caravan.

Property was nice and clean, jumping pillow and water park for the kids was amazing. No fan or aircon in second bedroom so it was hot even with the door open Staff were rude (male) approached our kids and blamed them for things that other kids were doing

The staff were extremely rude, and never helpful throughout the stay. The cabins were dirty, and the bathroom had a lot of water damage from the shower.
