Featuring an outdoor swimming pool, and BBQ facilities, Alatai is approximately 20 minutes' walk from Darwin’s city centre, Mindil Beach Casino Resort and the popular Mindil Beach Markets (on during the dry season). The air-conditioned apartments have a well-equipped kitchenette or kitchen with a refrigerator. Each includes a comfortable seating area with an LCD TV. Darwin CBD is a great choice for travellers interested in restaurants, adventuring and nature.

Everything, would highly recommend only weakness is that you have to climb stairs. There is no lift, otherwise it's a great holiday place

Darwin has a compact city centre and the Alatai was only 5-10 mins from everywhere we wanted to go. It was clean, tidy, and also had a pool. Good value for money too.

“4 Nights in Darwin”
Best location, excellent parking too. Staff are friendly and helpful, we were able to leave our luggage as we had a later flight. Clean accommodation, great and much needed airconditioning. The pool is lovely and it was a nice quiet and convenient location. Only 15mins from airport and close to everything. About the same into the city. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and was such a great price too! We were four women on a four night girl's trip. Thank you Alatai Apartments, we highly recommend though we forgot to take photos!

This apartment features a balcony, air conditioning and sofa. A damage deposit of AUD 300 is required on arrival for the Three-Bedroom Apartment. This will be collected by credit card and refunded in full, subject to an inspection of the property.
Two-Bedroom Apartment
This spacious apartment features a well-equipped kitchen, laundry facilities and a living and dining area.. You can request your preferred bedding configuration (2 single-sized beds and 1 queen-sized beds or 2 queen-sized beds) in the Special Requests Box at the time of booking. Please note that the bedding configuration is not guaranteed and will be confirmed upon arrival, subject to availability. A damage deposit of AUD 200 is required on arrival for the Two-Bedroom Apartment. This will be collected by credit card and refunded in full, subject to an inspection of the property.
Studio
Air-conditioned studio features a kitchenette and en-suite bathroom. Bedding will be either a queen-size bed or 2 single beds zipped together, depending on availability. A damage deposit of AUD 100 is required on arrival for the Studio Unit. This will be collected by credit card and refunded in full, subject to an inspection of the property.
