Very friendly staff, also available by phone at any time, which is not something you see everywhere these days. Everything was very clean and nicely arranged. coffee for free and pastries at the reception. I really enjoyed it!

Great room, really comfortable and the restaurant attached was lovely. The location is about a 20 minute walk from the train station, through a park so it was a pleasant walk to and from the hotel. We only stayed one night for the Halloween at Burg Frankenstein event, which we needed to get a shuttle from the train station to get to so the location was perfect for us.
