Our stay at Sweet Rooms was unfortunately far from satisfactory. Firstly, the mattress in our room was old and sagging, making for an uncomfortable night's sleep as you could feel the springs with every movement. The pillow provided was also quite flat and uncomfortable. Additionally, the showerhead could not be properly adjusted as the mounting was broken, which made showering a hassle. The overall ambiance of the room felt rather unloved and neglected. The noise from the nearby train was quite disturbing, and the walls were very thin – we could hear every alarm from other guests. To make matters worse, we received the check-in information and a link to pay the tourist tax only on the day of our arrival. When we arrived late at night, the code provided for the keybox didn't work. After some frustration, we discovered that they had changed the code because we had not yet paid the tourist tax. This requirement was not stated in the email, causing unnecessary inconvenience. Overall, our experience was disappointing, and we would not recommend this hotel to others, especially for that price.

The view from the room was wonderful. This was due to the fact that we didn't get the room we were supposed to get in the first place. Very close to Interlaken and really quite. Nice garden next to the lake with an amazing view. Easy parking
