The facility was not as it appeared in the photos. The pillows were not comfortable at all. Not very comfortable for 2 children and 2 adults.

Perfect stay with beautiful surroundings. The rooms were just what we needed with 3 kids for 2 nights. We really enjoyed our stay there. It is not a 5 star hotel but the place was nice and clean. It exceeded our expectations, while it was the cheapest around. We would recommend it.

Very Poor Experience – Not Recommended I booked this hotel for three nights and reserved a family room for 2 adults and 3 children. However, when I arrived at the property, the owner told me that my booking was only for two adults and initially refused to let us enter, even though I had my booking confirmation. The property owner was very unprofessional. After a long struggle, I had to contact Booking.com customer service, and my family and I were forced to wait outside the hotel for almost one hour in very cold weather with my children. Only after that did the owner allow us to enter and demanded an extra payment of 156 francs. There is no reception at all. You can only communicate via WhatsApp, which was not clearly explained in advance. The next evening, I met another family who had arrived to check in but had no idea how to do it. I had to help them myself and explain how to contact the property via WhatsApp. Overall, this was a very stressful and unpleasant experience. The service is extremely poor, communication is bad, and the check-in process is confusing. I strongly recommend that visitors avoid booking this hotel.
