Spacious room, comfortable bed, good kitchen. Pleasant surroundings. No one on site, but correspondence responded to reasonably promptly, and requests met. It was all looking rather neglected, especially outside. It doesn't qualify as 'luxurious'.

The accommodation isn't hard to find, it's in a great location. The house is quite large, but a bit old. The area around the house isn't exactly as pictured in the advertisement.

“Disappointed”

The outdoor area was completely abandoned, the pool closed despite the fact that the message you sent us said it was open, garbage accumulated in common areas. Regarding the room, the fridge was unplugged, there was a table on the balcony but no chairs (and a cushion on the floor), not only was there NO extra toilet paper but we didn't even have a full roll (for two days), we did not have room service to change towels or be able to claim that we did not have toilet paper. (We booked the more expensive room) And the most terrible thing is that all night we could heard mice running on the ceiling above our heads. Like I said, completely abandoned, no one came around during those 2 days and you can see that reflected in the whole property, and is sad because its a lovely place.

Such a great size for all of us, very warm but the heating did go out one night, however this was rectified the next day. Lots of parking space.
