I did not expect luxury from a 2* hotel, but staying for several days (I had three consecutive bookings over 5 days) in a room where even the trash was not taken out is unacceptable. Not to mention the lack of fresh bed linen and towels. Cleaning was not done even after repeated requests, and the trash remained in the room throughout the stay despite asking at reception and in messages. There is an air conditioner in the room, but no remote control was provided, even upon request, which made the room uncomfortably hot. The hotel is old: there are no hooks or shelves in the bathroom for personal items. Parking is available, but spaces are often insufficient, especially in the evening. The reception staff seemed unfriendly and not focused on solving guest issues. Overall experience is very negative.

I would like to express my complete disappointment with the service at the reception. I want to warn everyone to be careful! We had a room booked through Booking, and the amount was blocked on our card. Upon check‑in, they asked for our name, surname, and country, and requested payment in cash. They gave us a receipt for the payment. I assumed that, since there was a receipt, there would be no problem and Booking would refund the blocked amount. I did not look at the receipt carefully because it was late and we were tired from the journey. Later, it turned out that we had been checked in under someone else’s name and surname. Now, because of this fraud on the hotel’s part, we cannot get our money back from Booking. The name and surname on the hotel receipt and on the Booking reservation do not match. For some reason, the hotel deliberately and brazenly entered the wrong details, even though they knew our real information! The question is: why did you do this??? This is fraud! I have never encountered such blatant dishonesty before.

the rooms are simple but very convenient with even a refrigerator. The beds are good. Everything is clean.

“Budget with friendly staff”

It is a budget accommodation, quick and easy close to the motorway and a petrol station. It is quiet and the room, sheets and towels are clean. There is indeed a fridge and a microwave in the room (some people are now living there for long periods). Staff is friendly and attentive.
