Minh is a great host and goes the extra mile to help with travel arrangements such as boats, electric cars and even bus back to Hanoi. Atmosphere is relaxed and calming. Close to a beach. Meals are great, fresh and tasty....all prepared by Minh, the owner. We could rent scooters directly from homestay, which is comfortable.

Minh (host) is a really good cook, he is very nice and always willing to help or share a friendly moment with his guests. We definitely felt like home and can only recommend !

We had a super host, Minh is a very good cook, has everything under control, everuthing is very clean and he does help you with whatever. It felt like home. We stayed 6 nights and were never bored. The beach is only 200 m away and the water cristal clear.

I had an amazing stay at Minh’s homestay on Cô Tô! Minh is an incredibly friendly and helpful host, going out of his way to make sure guests feel comfortable and have everything they need. He assisted with organizing transfers, shared great local tips, and truly made the stay special. The location is beautiful, close by the beach, with easy access by motorbike or taxi. In the evenings, guests gather together for a delicious meal prepared by Minh, creating a warm and welcoming atmosphere. The rooms are modern, clean, and comfortable—just perfect for relaxing after a day of exploring. I highly recommend Minh’s homestay for anyone visiting Cô Tô. The hospitality, scenic location, and amazing food make it a wonderful place to stay!

He offers plenty of suggestions to make your trip unforgettable and truly goes above and beyond to create an exceptional experience. The hotel is just a 2-minute walk from a stunning beach, and the people on the island are so warm and friendly! I will definitely come back to stay with Minh and visit Coto again.

Our stay at eco lodge was very comfortable, beds were super comfy and the whole place was immaculate. Trang made us feel very welcome and provided some delicious food..she and her husband also helped us out a lot with getting to and from the island, since we don't speak the language. The lodge is a short bike-ride away from the town and a 10 minute walk to the beach

We stayed at the Coto Island Homestay for 3 nights and it was quite the adventure! Coto Island is gorgeous and it's definitely worth using the scooters to travel around and explore. While we were there a typhoon was passing on its way to China and because of this our trip home was delayed. No boats were allowed to leave the island; however, the staff were extremely helpful in booking us for the next day, and keeping us updated on the situation. We made some great friends with others staying there including the sweetest little dog.

Trang and her staff were absolutely amazing. Typhoon Samba came through and the government closed the port so we couldn’t leave the island, Trang help us out with everything we needed and organised for us to stay longer and gave us good and coffee.

- Nice house, small but tidy room. Mostly self service, brought me a like-home vibe. Traveled off season so price was really good. - The location is awesome for anyone who love quiet and chilling place. I highly recommend you to go to Hong Van beach (10min walking from the homestay) to see the sun rise, it worths every minute of you.

+ We are a 50 year old couple making a tour in Vietnam. The house is situated in a Great location: 3’ walk to the beach, the quite area. The room is tiny but clean, all comfort is available. You can chill in your seat outside. Every day breakfast is made with good fresh fruits. But what strikes the most is the help and kindness of the hosting family. The last evening we could even join a family BBQ, with fresh fish, local vegetables, pork, ....it was the best we ate during our whole stay in Vietnam. You can rent a scooter for a very cheap price. I can only recommend you can enjoy the experience we joined
