There were no rooms available, even though I had paid for the reservation in advance. They didn't bother to offer alternative accommodation or look for an available room elsewhere.

There were bugs in the bed, it was in a very noisy neighbourhood with people outside the rooms. We did not feel comfortable at all.

Our room (booked many weeks in advance) was cancelled just a few hours before we arrived. Receptionist said she could not contact us because we did not give a USA phone number. Spent 2 hours trying to find another hotel.
