We rented 3 apartments for our family. 2 were really good, well equipped and very comfortable. Unfortunately we couldn’t use the third apartment as it reeked of cigar/cigarette smoke. So we made do with 2 apartments. We did get a refund eventually for the third apartment after getting an independent witness to verify that it was unusable. Otherwise the apartments we could use were lovely.

the facility was clean, quiet, and well maintained. the rooms were spacious and well equipped, especially the kitchen. laundry was also available. I did not encounter any staff as my check in and out was virtual.

Before checking in, registering the car, we received clear instructions on checking in, it was quite convenient. We easily found our building and parking for the car. In general, the apartment is equipped quite well, there is literally everything for a comfortable stay. Convenient kitchen, good quality dishes, clean bed linen and towels. Convenient location for getting to the beach, there was a store nearby, but the choice of products there was quite poor. Instructions for leaving were also convenient and timely

We loved the quietness and neatness of the Ocean Club. The grounds are lush and very well maintained. The apartment is really well appointed and very comfortable, especially the king size bed with good quality bedding. The location was just a short 10 min walk to supermarkets and 15min walk to buses into Fort Lauderdale or even Miami (it's a long journey on the bus to Miami but only $4). We liked the peacefulness and keyless security.

The apartment was spacious and new. It has all the stuff you need for cooking. There's washing machine and dryer so you can do the laundry. All detergents provided. I liked the pool, gym and grill. Publix and walmart fairly close to the apartments.

everything was clean at the condo where i stayed. The bed was comfortable.

“It's not worth it. It is very expensive for what the unit offers, without maintenance. Terrible!”

In the photo everything seems okay for an acceptable stay, but the maintenance of unit 10-204 leaves something to be desired. The unit smells moldy, the dormitory carpet stinks. The frames of the windows and doors are black, full of mold and mildew. It's a shame to leave a unit on the market without maintenance. I'll never come back.

Location was very good, security guard on the gate was kind, had good manners. (Id you need to stop on gate) Apartment was very clean and good size of tvs in both rooms. In the kitchen there was all what you need if cooking. But check in and all went very very good.

On the bright side, the apartment itself is actually quite nice. It’s spacious, well-located, and has the potential to be a great place to stay—*if* everything worked and wasn’t falling apart. But as it stands, the lack of maintenance and the constant noise make it hard to enjoy.
