“Terrific stay”

Our room had an incredible view down the Wadi Dana as did the whole property. The staff were amazing and helped us organise everything from transfers, dinner and lunches to our fantastic Wadi Ghuweir hike with a guide. The food was delicious and the other guests were so friendly. It was a great stay with all that we needed.

The people who take care of this camp have been truly wonderful, very hospitable, kind and helpful. Ghalib upgraded our rooms at no extra charge, provided tea and snacks for the kids when they arrived hungry and helped us figure out hiking trails, transportation and all. Riad picked us up and dropped us back to our parking location and both were very kind and helpful. The view from the camp was fantastic, its quiet and really authentic, food was authentic and good and the overall experience was great. When we parked near other hotels in the village I was very glad that we chose this one as it is stand alone and far a little bit further away with no visual or auditory noise, you are surrounded by nature and enveloped by its majesty.

“We liked it so much, we went back later that week”

The view, the sweet staff and good local food! It was so good, later that week we did a Detour from akaba to the dead sea, so we could stay another night. Best view of Jordan ❤️

The view Is Amazing. Choose to have dinner there because the food Is made by locale women of the Village and It Is really good. If you have time, do some trekking trails. We did only One of 1 hour, and It was really cool. We want to come back! The people Who work there are Amazing, funny, polite and super helpful!

“Extraordinary views and incredible hospitality”

Communication with Dana Eco Camp was very smooth. Upon arrival, we received a free upgrade from a tent to a room due to the cold night. The views were the main reason we booked a stay here, and they did not disappoint. The hosts are truly kind people with whom we had some lovely conversations. It’s the perfect location for enjoying nature and hiking. The only downside is that we should have booked two nights instead of just one. Highly recommended for anyone visiting Jordan!

The location is beautiful and unique, rooms are big with a breathtaking view, the bathrooms are very nice and clean. The staff was super nice and always ready to help. They helped me choose the best trail for me. After the hike they offered me some tea and a delicious dinner. I highly recommend this place either you want to explore the surroundings or just relax.

Wonderful hosts, cosy bedroom, local and fresh food, amazing view from every place of the camp.

one of my new favorite place in Jordan : first we were upgraded (we originally booked tents and it was a bit cold so we were given little appartment), we had a great hike organised with our local guide Esem and some great food from breakfast to diner. I highly recommend this place as the view is astonishing, people are so kind and all is very clean. I will never forget those moments with my family so thank you very much.

Our stay at Dana village lodge was nothing short of magical. This eco-tourism project not only benefits the entire village but also provides guests with an authentic and deeply enriching experience. Each day, a different local resident helps welcome visitors, alongside the ever-helpful Houssein. We were treated to delicious meals cooked over an open fire in true Bedouin style, reclining on cushions and carpets while sharing stories with locals. At any time, tea and coffee were offered, making us feel truly at home. We had meaningful conversations about culture and Islam, adding depth to our experience. The views here are simply the best in Dana—majestic and breathtaking. The rooms are simple yet spacious, as expected in such a remote setting. Waking up to the sounds of larks and wild animals was a rare privilege, making this place feel like paradise on earth. If you're seeking tranquility, authenticity, and unforgettable hospitality, this is where you need to be.

“Fabulous, would not change anything”

If you like remote, simple places, this one is excellent. Away from everything. The views are amazing! You park your car in the village and they pick you up and take you to the place where you are welcomed warmly by everyone. Everyone is super friendly and the food was delicious. They even put a heater in our room because it was a cold day/night!
