While the rooms we stayed in were spacious, they were noticeably dusty. Even members of our group without allergies experienced discomfort, and sleeping was extremely difficult. Our clothes were also covered in dust, which was disappointing. We frequently received incorrect information during our stay, and at times felt unwelcome for not speaking the local language. Several staff interactions came across as rude, and overall service quality was poor. Additionally, there was no clear information available regarding allergens in the food. We had to repeatedly ask staff to identify ingredients, which made dining unnecessarily stressful. Overall, the stay did not meet expectations, and several aspects of the experience require significant improvement.

“Resort, they have a bar where you can smoke indoors.”
Vikings, all vikings. Nice beach to take a stroll. Weather was windy, everything outdoor was closed down so I had the place pretty much to my self. Fast Wi-Fi.

“Great fun family hotel. Don’t be put off by the exterior!”
Great family hotel! Very dog friendly with our pet being allowed into a few of the restaurants. Lovely beach, great kids pools and entertainment. Exterior looked a bit drab but it’s beautiful and modern inside. We were probably the only English people there but I would go back :-)

room was wonderful. we took one without see view and hand sun each evening. perfect condition for balcony usage. room had separate bathroom and wc - very comfortable for families. bed was wonderful as well. placement is perfect - plenty of restaurants and street food downstairs as well as ordinary grocery shop
