“I will definitely visit again, with my two sons.”
Katerina is a wonderful host, the place has the soul and the whole property is well managed. Location is excellent, in the nature, 2 min walk down to the beach, at night you sleep with the sound of waves, after watching a movie at an open air cinema with the glass of wine. I came alone, but felt like a part of the community. It’s family friendly and kids love it.

“Exceptional.”
Our stay in Damouchari exceeded all our expectations. The place was incredibly peaceful—perfect for anyone looking to escape the noise and stress of city life. The beaches were quiet, uncrowded, and simply beautiful. Everyone in town was so kind, and Katarina, our host, was exceptionally warm and hospitable. She made us feel completely at home from the moment we arrived. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience.

“Spotless”
We had a wonderful stay at this lovely spot in Greece! The location was perfect—just steps from the beach, but also far enough from the busy central area to enjoy peace and quiet. It was still super accessible to the local taverns and shops, which made exploring easy. The nicest thing about this place was the owner, Katerina, who was incredibly helpful and always available when we needed something or just wanted advice. I had almost forgotten what it's like to experience this kind of warm hospitality everywhere you go in Greece! The room was cleaned daily, and we were impressed with how spotless everything was throughout our stay. Overall, it was a great experience, and we'd definitely stay here again! ❤️

Nice studio with everything needed. Katerina is very pleasent and kind hostess. There is a wonderful view from the place to the ocean. I had a very good time there.

The best thing about this place is its location. The beach is 5 mins away, its surrounded by a beautiful garden and a lot of vegetation, and its fairly close to Ag. Ioannis and Damouchari where you can find tavernas, pharmacy and smaller shops. Rooms are cleaned every day and sheets and towels are changed every other day, so the cleanliness level is great.

Katerina made our stay here unforgettable. She helped us out on multiple occasions and is the best host you could ask for. The location near the beach is amazing. As are the many cats and kittens. We can’t wait to go back.

Katerina, the host and owner is very friendly and accommodating. Perfect place if you want to get away and relax. A short walk to the beach. About 15 minutes walk to tavernas by the sea in Agios Ioannis or Damouchari. Great place for nature lovers who like to hike.

The whole landscape is fantastic on the top of a hill, rural with vegetation and lovely cats. Easy access to the sea by a small, stone-covered pathway. For wild life lovers. The host is more than friendly, she's beautiful, kind, hard working and want to make her friend. For those who appreciate the nature and skiing uphill and downhill.

Great view in a quiet place among the nature. The place is for sure value for money and above all very clean. Excellent hospitality by Ms. Katerina!!
