It's a beautiful location not to far from the shore. The nearby harbour and small beach (in the next bay) are both only 5 minutes walk away. The apartment is well decorated and remains comfortably cool. The bathroom is spacious and recently renovated with a great (comfy) shower.

The property is amazing, the pictures don’t do it justice. Beautiful and clean, literally 5 min away from the beach, restaurants and the market. Our host was kind, helpful and welcoming. I would highly recommend this property as we will be coming back definitely.

Our stay ay the Aegean Sunset was an amazing experience! Very well located, spacious and superbly equipped - even with board games! The kitchen had absolutely everything we needed, we felt at home from the beginning. The living room is spacious and very nicely decorated, the terrace has great views and beautiful flowers and herbs. The village, Damouchari, is a hidden little gem in Pelion, with incredible turquoise water, great atmosphere and lovely little cafes and restaurants. We deeply enjoyed our stay, and hope to come back!

Well kept apartment with all you could want and very comfortable.

The apartment is fully equipped and the internal space is also beautifully arranged so you can also seat indoors in a bad day and relax without feeling squeezed like in a small hotel room. Nice terrace with a good view of mountain and sea, lots of shadow from the vegetation and aromatic plants that create a fresh atmosphere. If you like to rent apartments to enjoy them and not just go sleep, shower and leave it is a good choice

We loved the property and its position up on the hill above Damouchari, the property was really well equipped with everything you could possibly need for both long and short stays. The shower was superb with lots of pressure and variable head so you could hold the shower head or stand under it with monsoon style velocity! The small garden area was a delight to sit in and dine outside whilst looking out to the shrubs and trees plus beyond to the Aegean sea. The bed was comfortable even though it is a double bunk bed which was unusual. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the property.

“Peaceful paradise in an idyllic spot”

This little place is just absolutely perfect. I am terrible at reading maps so struggled slightly with finding the right building but friendly locals were more than happy to point me in the right direction. The terrace is just beautiful, a perfect place to relax, enjoy the views, the nature, the peace and a glass of wine! The property has everything you need for a comfortable stay, the kitchen is well equipped so if you decide you want to cook, you have everything you need! The space feels big and comfortable, it’s really great value for money and I highly recommend staying here.

“Fabulous place!”

The entire place is amazing! You don't feel like you've booked a room in a villa, but like staying at a friend's place. The apartment is nice and cozy and has pretty much everything that you might need: the kitchen is very well equipped (you can find some spices, too), has a dishwasher and a washing machine, a big fridge for all your stuff (a bottle of water will be there, waiting for the thirsty travelers), big TV, CDs and lot of books, table games that you can use and nice toiletries. Btw, the bunk bed in the bedroom is double, so big enough for 2 adults and you have another 2 single sofas in the living room - all comfortable The entire complex looks like a traditional greek village, with small alleys and nice apartments with shady terraces and lot of greens and flowers. The white walls, solid wood structure and stone pavement are making the apartment look like a dream one. Rooms are very nice and cool, so we didn't have to use de AC at all on our staying in July. The cherry on the top is the small terrace covered with vine and with a beautiful mountain view (especially at sunset) where we spent most of our evenings enjoying a glass of wine. The host helped us with tips and tricks around the place, so we were able to enjoy the most of our staying. The beach of Damouchari is very close, walkable distance. You also have some tavernas, souvenir shops, a small market and you can enjoy a ride on a kayak if you like, or a boat tour. The baker comes every morning with fresh stuff and you can order for the next day bread, bougatsa, koulouri, pies and doughnuts. In Agios Ioannis you can taste the best portokalopita in the world! Once you leave Volos be ready for adventure! The road is very narrow, curvy and with lots of ups and downs. We liked very much, that's why I'm adding this to the + comments, but some people might not be very found of serpentines. Book it! You will not regret!

“Exceptional experience, blending together the nature, sea, mountains and slow passing hours!”

With an anchor in this property, East Pillion was really an exceptional experience. Beautify decorated, cozy apartment is just an excellent match to the vibrant environment which offers many ways to enjoy the gorgeous nature in this part of East Pillion. Exceptional mix of traditional & modern, comfortable, recently renovated, with a unique cultural character, the apartment has been meticulously designed and decorated bringing all the rusctic of early 20th century architectural design of Pillion. The kitchen was fully equipped, from a toaster to viognier-size wine glasses, (one little thing was missing which we will bring next time :-)). All the appliences for both short and longer stays were there. Double bunk-beds in the bedroom offer additional comfort in summer nights, even though the nights are fresh on that side of the peninsula. The terrace was amazing experience, hiding what's behind the name of the property (a photo attached). It is so well blended with the green surounding that we got a fox passing by twice posing for a photo (attached). Greek and German speaking guests will find a nice collection of bibliography covering whole cultural heritage of Pillion. Unfortunatelly we didn't have time to browse and enjoy the whole collection of Greek music, Ioannis selected. Even though we had very lat arrival, the person doing the keys logistics support for the host (in his absence) was flexible and welcomed us after 11pm. He was responsive for linen and towel change, The apartment was on the junction of the two marked mountain hiking paths, part of the Pillion trail (Damouchari beach - Tsagarada, and Damouchari - Mouresi). Between 8-8:15h every morning a baker from Agios Ioannis is stopping at the apartment complex to bring you bread and whatever you order for the next day.

We felt very comfortable and at home during our stay. The apartment is in very good shape, with a newly renovated bathroom and well equipped kitchen. The terrace was our favorite: Shady and with a beautiful view. The host is responsive and welcoming.
