The owner and his daughter are very friendly, kind and helpful. Old fashioned room, (but the house is very old) but the bed was very comfortable and the cleanliness fine. Lots of advice on where to eat in the evening. The location is fantastic, two minutes walk to the sights. A free parking space at the back of the hotel was included, which is fantastic, due to the heavy parking fees in Belgium.

Robin is amazing, so welcoming and friendly. The warm atmosphere makes you feel very comfortable and in good hands. Very knowledgeable of local area and very happy to help with any questions you may have. The room was amazing and extremely comfortable so much so that we returned earlier than usually would from an evening out to relax in the room. Having a wife, who owns her own cleaning company, expressing that she was very impressed with the cleanliness and presentation of the whole venue is testament to Robin and his team. The view of the stunning church opposite was an additional unexpected treat. We will most definitely be returning to stay here. Many thanks Robin. Andrew and Helen Burns

View from room excellent, right on the main square, but very noisy traffic with window open. Very friendly and helpful host.

Very friendly host, and very nice town.

My hosts were very welcoming, the room was exceptionally clean and well maintained, modern and quiet. Because the accommodation is outside Brugge, the host arranged for a friend to take me to the train the next day, which was very appreciated. The restaurant nearby was a great find as well.
