Really Spacious room with simple kitchen, living room and separate bedroom, good value for money, next to domestic Saptco bus station and Marina mall, restaurants nearby. (Note that bus to Bahrain has moved to another location 10km to the West near the Fresh food market)

Very big rooms with good wifi. The location is very good for traveller. Few minutes are mini markets, restaurants, Marina mall and SAPTCO bus station to Bahrain or Riyadh. Few minutes is the Airport bus (G7) station too by Marina Mall.

“Mixed feelings.”
A very basic hotel which before Covid provided the guests with a kitchenette in which they could make a meal. After Covid things have not come back to normal, kichenette ( as a room) yes, cooking no which we found bizarre as in Riyadh hotel apartments work as they used to before the pandemia. In fact, we were feeling cheated as the hotel is advertised on booking.com as a apartment with a kichenette, which turned not to be true. However, it has great location just opposite Saptco bus terminal and is quite close to Dammam corniche. Around lots of shops and eating spots. Also, the reception staff let us leave half of our baggage when we decided to go for two weeks to Bahrain and Kuwait , thanks🌺.
