The human team, the two men that were there to look after us and all our needs every time we need them. We got very well looked after by them, congrats guys for what you have created. Great and very complete breakfast with all you need for a long day tour. For early time day tours, they also offered us a packed breakfast for take away with a variety of sandwiches fillings and fresh fruit. One of the nights we came in after the kitchen closing time, but they offered us a great dinner as well. Really great swimming pool for a relaxing time after long day tours.

This is a great place to stay when visiting Sigiriya and Pidurangala Rock. The pool area is very nice, and the staff are extremely friendly and helpful with everything you might need.

“Excellent stay great value for.money”
Excellent and very helpful staff asked them if we could stay an extra night once we where as we changed our travel plans on short notice there was no issue at all got an even nicer room for the extra night and the staff moved our luggage from one room to the other while we were out that day

Staff were very attentive and friendly. Good location about a 5 minute walk to the center. Nice big pool. I would stay here again if in the area. Cute dog. Good food. Nice breakfast included in room rate. Free to use pool table.

“Friends on Holiday.”
Drink on arrival from friendly welcoming staff. Swimming pool was great after a long journey. Dinner in town at nearby restaurants. Pool table at property which was fun. All facilities were clean and working, I'd stay again if I was in Dambulla definitely value for money.

The best is the exceptional people that are working there, reception, waiter, cleaning personal, all of them. They work hard from morning till afternoon. Very clean rooms, kitchen were they work very clean as well i took a look. From 5 nights we stayed there I saw them always in the morning afternoon and dinner. All of them were really nice. Swimming pool is really nice, trees around and garden look relaxing. You can have lunch or dinner there. Place is nice if you come by bus or private car. They have parking and is next to bus station. Caves dambulla are 5-10 min by car. Sigiriya rock 30 min, vilage tour 20-30 min. Not many nice restaurants in Dambulla anyway. Overall the place is nice with welcoming people.

“Highly recommend”
This property was amazing. The staff, location and privacy was outstanding. The experience of feeding the monkeys in afternoon was such a highlight. This family really makes your stay homely.
