The owners were welcoming, the room was clean, had air conditioning, and they served a delicious, filling breakfast. There was hot water in the shower. We highly recommend it!

Very friendly host, clean room, fast wifi, well working AC, excellent breakfast, comfy bed, enough space in the room for hanging clothes and towels. Strong recommendation to stay there.

This was my second visit. Owner is super friendly and helpful. Close to dambulla temple and walking distance to main road.. good breakfast..clean room.highly recommended

“Unbelievable Deal”
Two bedrooms with one attached bathroom and an incredible breakfast with authentic Sri Lankan food and many fruits. Room comes with AC as well.

Great value for money also with breakfast. No hot water unfortunately and no spa but its advertised. No toaster as well. The owner is not talkative but if you ask him he will give you advices

“Cozy modern rooms near Dambulla cave temples”
Everything was clean. Even a hot shower was available, fantastic! Rooms are very modern. Host is very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was delicious.

“Pleasurable stay”
The place consists of two units with separate entrances. Each unit has one bathroom and two rooms, each with queen size bed with very good ventilator. One unit has AC (for extra small fee 5USD/night) and hot water. The place was very clean. Also there is an pleasant outdoor seating area, very spacious kitchen, good stove and fridge. Very good parking area. We enjoyed the brekfast preparred by the host who was very helpfull and try to do everything he could to make us feel like at home. Also quite good interner about 60Mbs and very convinient location in very quiet area but still not far from the main street. Would I return? Anytime. Recomended.

“Good for one day stay,silent space with car parking but still can b improved.!”
Host provided us simple srilankan breakfast-String hoppers,breads,saambol and curry. Rooms were clean and spacious. Loacted at city center.
