We got a very bad dirty room pool wasn't clean I was scared to stay in the room

From the warm welcome to the smooth check-out, everything about my stay was excellent. The staff was friendly, professional, and always ready to help. The room was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, creating a very relaxing atmosphere. The overall environment of the hotel was calm and surrounded by nature, and the swimming pool, set within this natural setting, was clean and very inviting. Breakfast was well-presented and delicious. The restaurant staff were very polite, attentive, and provided excellent service. I also truly appreciated the herbal garden and the meditation area, both of which were beautifully maintained and added a peaceful, refreshing touch to the experience. Overall, it was a memorable and refreshing stay. Highly recommended for anyone looking for comfort, nature, and tranquility.

My wife and I had a fantastic stay at Rangiri Dambulla Resort. The location, away from the city center, allowed us to stay close to nature, which made the experience even more relaxing. The room was spacious and comfortable, despite not being a 4 or 5-star property, and we were very happy with the overall comfort. The staff were incredibly friendly and went above and beyond to accommodate all of our needs. One of the highlights was the nature walk through the cultivated lands within the resort, which we thoroughly enjoyed. The dinner, especially the grilled fish, was delicious, and in general, all the meals we had were flavorful and satisfying. The hotel manager Mr. Dinesh provided an exceptional service throughout our stay, ensuring we were well taken care of and comfortable at all time When we left the hotel, the staff members warmly wished us safe travels by offering a cup filled with water and flowers, along with heartfelt blessings.

Welcome was superb as they offered flowers, and wanted us to lit the oil lamp... we went there at around 9pm at night and they offered us hot milk tea which was really great to have at that time.. staff is very friendly and if u need a break with a calm environment this is the correct place..
