The owner was very nice! And the room was really big and clean. The AC worked perfectly and the bed was comfortable.

Location. Countryside but yet very close to the city center by foot. Peaceful. Good WiFi. Comfy bed. Appreciated that they had a mini fridge and kettle. Friendly and helpful manager. Affordable.

It was clean and tidy. We booked the place at the last minute and we still got the room in time and everything was set up . They even helped us to store the luggages in the morning when we went to Sigiria. Would’ve loved stay another day but we had to check out to continue the place. Definite 10/10

We liked the location (peaceful environment), the room had a water kettle, mosquito net, fresh towels and the staff was helpful with organising tuktuk ride to sights and nearby Sigiriya for a decent price.

We had a very pleasant stay at this hotel in Dambulla. The room was clean, comfortable, and well maintained, providing everything we needed for a relaxing stay. The location was peaceful and convenient for visiting nearby attractions. The host and staff were very friendly, caring, and always ready to help. The breakfast was delicious and freshly prepared. Overall, it was a great experience and definitely worth the money. We would happily recommend this place to anyone visiting Dambulla.

Close to the town area of Dambulla, but down a little lane way. This means that you’re away from all the traffic and town noise, with only a short walk to everything. The breakfast is amazing! The resort staff are very friendly and helpful. They’re available to answer any questions

We had a perfect stay here. Room was clean and the bed and pillows comfortable. The room was spacious enogh with plenty of room to move about. The room had a small fridge,TV, hairdryer and kettle. Also furnished with a table and chair and outside seating in front of the room. If you like peace and quiet and a convenient location near the town. Only a 10 minute walk then you should consider this establishment.

The room was big and it has a nice garden. The breakfast was good. We've also got good tips about what to see and the host even organized it for us with a driver.

Fantastic value for money budget hotel in centre of Dambulla, but down a quiet road. The deluxe room was very spacious with a comfortable bed and hot pump shower (quite rare in Sri Lanka!) Breakfast was incredibly generous - lots of fruit and baked goods. The manager is so helpful. He’ll sort you out with wherever you want to go or whatever you need. Rooms are basic but have everything you need.
