The location is great, in the middle of the nature, a perfect place for a break. The lake in the middle of the property and the animals make you feel at home. The chalet had a big room, the bad was very confortable.

“Beautiful peaceful place to stay, but they need to improve the standard of the food.”
The setting around the lake with individual cabins was delightful and why I booked here. Very quiet and peaceful, (unless the staff are walking back to their accommodation at the end of shifts). Great location for bird watchers. Take away breakfast was excellent. (We had an early departure one morning). The iron and board was a lovely find, but was only usable by rearranging the furniture.

Unique setting, very welcoming and helpful staff, suggest eating at the hotel for their breakfast and dinner buffet spread. Big spacious rooms including good bathroom. Loved our stay.

“Nice place but needs lots of improvements”
THERE WAS NO WI -FI , THE PHONE FROM HE ROOTO SERVICES WERE NOT WORKING , THEERE WAS. HARDLY ANY VEGETARIAN OPTIONS IN FOOD .CAN BE DIGGICULT FPR VEGETATIANS .I think the manpower shortage is also the problem

“Fake 5 star hotel”
What caught my eye about this resort was it's chalet's and the fact it was rated a 5*, the hotel is surrounded by lush forest and is quiet

“Wonderful staff go the extra mile to make your stay special”
Huge spacious bedroom and bed Great aircon Cold water and coffee provided Plentiful hot water for shower Grounds were well kept Our party really enjoyed the buffet dinner with a good selection of food Staff here really make this place special - huge smiles, cannot do enough for you. Kris and his team were outstanding and really made our stay.

The hotel exceeded our expectations. The room was spacious and perfectly clean, the beds were super comfortable and the service was outstanding. The staff always greeted us with a smile and were ready to help anytime. Worth every rupee! Great hospitality, comfortable rooms and delicious food. Highly recommended!
