“Comfortable stay”
Room was clean, aircon was provided. Left our bags after checkout. Left early both the days we stayed here so couldn't avail breakfast. The place is very near to the cave temple entrance, a highlight of our trip to Sri Lanka. We walked to the city center both mornings around a 40 min walk, some restaurants along the way do open at 5am.

“Bad”
We arrived in a rainstorm and the reception was open but no one was there and it looked abandoned/under construction. There was another girl there who had been waiting an hour. We repeatedly called the owner but no one showed up. There were people upstairs and we shouted out to them, they were the owners friends but had poor English and could not contact the owner either. Rooms were open and place was flooded. We had to relocate.

I had a great stay! The host was exceptionally friendly, communicative, and always willing to help. He even assisted me with figuring out which bus to take for the next part of my journey, which I really appreciated. The breakfast was tasty and generous. The accommodation itself was pleasant and comfortable, and it also had air conditioning, which was a big plus. I definitely recommend staying here!

The room is clean, with AC. Big bed and the room is not small. The kindness of the owner. He helps us to find a tuk tuk at 4 am to sigiriya. The location is really near from the caves (5mn walk). It s just far (about 2 km) from the city center. It was a really good place.

The room was nice, there was AC inside. It was clean, owner was amazing. He picked me up from the bus station, arranged a tuktuk driver for me to get to sigiriya. Really nice man.

“Good budget stop off for the Temple.”
Closeness to Cave Temples. Large comfortable clean bed. Friendly host and friendly guests. Breakfast was included and very nice.

“Amazing place”
I stayed for three nights and had an amazing experience. Sarath, the owner, is incredibly friendly, kind, and will do everything to make sure you have what you need. On top of that, he's an amazing cook! The place is clean, and welcoming, and the breakfasts are delicious and plentiful. Highly recommended! 😁🙏🏽
